Fig and Honey Yoghurt Bowl with a sprinkle of chia seeds. This delicious and healthy bowl features a combination of ingredients that not only taste amazing but also offer a host of benefits for your overall health and well-being.

Yoghurt – a creamy and delicious rich source of calcium, protein and probiotics. Yoghurt not only supports strong bones and muscles but also promotes gut health by increasing the number of beneficial bacteria in the digestive system.

We used Raw Coriander Honey which has a Unique blend of flavours including citrusy notes and spicy aromas of caramel. Coriander Honey also has a high concentration of antioxidants and is known to strengthen the digestive system.
