Ignore the bad reviews, this is what honey is supposed to be like. I was fed up of buying the sugar syrup they pass off as honey in large stores (most of the major brands of honey).

Even though I have only started taking it about a week ago I do find that overall I am feeling less tired and generally feel better. The honey is very thick and quite difficult to remove from the jar but I loosen it off with a chopstick and then scoop it up with a small wooden spoon. This product is nothing remotely like the sort of ‘processed’ honey on supermarket shelves and that’s what I was looking for. I know real honey is amazing for the health (but not what the supermarkets have on their shelves).
