I have not tried creamed honey till recently with the royal jelly honey. Love the taste of creamed honey and this wildflower one is beautiful. On a daily basis, I take a multiple of honeys (a small half teaspoon of each), around 8 types throughout the day, a small amount of each, and I vary which ones at random from quite a large collection of raw honeys now. Myself and my family dont get unwell, not even a sniffle of a cold! Thanks Real Raw Honey for providing a great collection of raw honeys and bringing them to this country, which in turn help us to keep well and healthy. It is greatly appreciated!
