Raw Honey with Bee Pollen combines pure raw honey with naturally collected bee pollen, bringing together two remarkable products of the hive. The tiny grains of pollen add a distinctive floral character, gentle texture and naturally vibrant appearance to the honey.

About Bee Pollen
Bee pollen begins as microscopic grains produced by flowering plants. As bees forage from flower to flower, they gather the pollen, combine it with small amounts of nectar and their own secretions, and carry it back to the hive in colourful pellets on their hind legs.
Scientific analysis has shown bee pollen to be naturally complex, containing proteins and amino acids alongside lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and a diverse range of plant-derived polyphenols. Its precise composition naturally varies according to the flowers, season and geographical area from which the bees forage.
